Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our concierge hormone replacement therapy team. This role is ideal for an NP with an interest in functional and integrative medicine, hormone optimization, and patient-centered care. You will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients undergoing hormone therapy in a concierge setting—offering a more personalized, unhurried healthcare experience.

Full training will be through the Hormone Health Institute, a leading education platform for advanced HRT protocols, clinical guidelines, and best practices in hormone optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient evaluations and health assessments related to hormone balance, including medical history, symptoms, labs, and lifestyle factors
• Order, interpret, and review laboratory results and hormone panels
• Develop personalized hormone optimization treatment plans using bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT), lifestyle guidance, and nutritional support
• Prescribe and manage medications per state and federal guidelines
• Monitor patient progress and adjust protocols accordingly through follow-up visits and virtual consultations
• Provide ongoing patient education and counseling around hormone health and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

• Participate in regular training and updates from the Hormone Health Institute

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license
• Strong interest in hormone optimization, wellness, and concierge medicine
• Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Willingness to complete and apply training through the Hormone Health Institute

• Experience in HRT, integrative medicine, or functional medicine is a plus but not required
