I was deeply touched by SCNP's generous support of my campaign for SMH Board Seat #3 at our last meeting. The position will be voted on in the November 8 general election. The SMH Board of Directors plays a key role in setting the strategic direction for SMH and advising the leadership team, and it is time that a practicing NP has a voice on this board. This is a volunteer (unpaid) position, and campaigning involves a great deal of commitment, time and resources.
