Hello! I am seeking a preceptor for my next clinical rotation. I am searching for an adult primary care, pediatric primary care, or women's health setting.

This clinical rotation requires 210 hours and will take place from January 2026 to April 2026. This would require me to be at clinical approximately 2 days a week.  This course focuses on uncomplicated patients and diagnoses. Including an appropriate history and physical examination on a patient, develop diagnoses, begin to formulate plans, and complete necessary education.

A little about me. I have been a bedside nurse for 5 years, working in an adult ICU. Currently, I work at Ascension St Vincent on 86th Street, in their Medical ICU. This will be my second clinical rotation, and I am interested in primary care/family medicine upon graduation. I have two little boys, aged 2 and 3 months, who take up a lot of my time when I am not working or in school.
